Alzheimer Society Cabin Fever Campaign

Every year for the past 26 years, the Alzheimer Society of London and Middlesex has brought together donors, clients, volunteers, corporate partners for their Cabin Fever Reliever Dinner & Auction. This has been an important fundraising event for the Alzheimer Society – over the past five years, it has raised $900,000 to support local programs and services for families living with dementia

This year, the Cabin Fever Reliever Dinner and Auction isn’t happening due to the pandemic but members of our community living with dementia still need support – now more than ever!

The Alzheimer Society has transitioned the event into an online campaign – the Cabin Fever campaign. During the pandemic and the subsequent lock downs, everyone has cabin fever. This campaign is designed to turn their cabin fever into a positive; a force for good.

And every single Cabin Fever donation will go twice as far. All gifts made between February 22 and March 15th are being matched by a generous local family committed to supporting people living with dementia – doubling the impact of every donation.

The Alzheimer Society’s goal is to make sure no one living with dementia goes unsupported.
