MEET CATHERINE:

“14 years ago, I was shopping for my own wedding dress, I looked the only 3 bridal shops in town and felt very disappointed. Not only I couldn’t find a style I like, the standard sizes couldn’t fit me properly, also they were way too expensive for my budget I had as a young girl just started off on my life.

That was when the idea first started, I said to myself, what if I can create a store where girls can design their own pretty wedding dresses, that will fit and also won’t cost too much.

So I studied and researched, failed, gave up and restarted many times. 4 years later, Catherine Bridal was created on Facebook. I had only 4 sample dresses, posted them on FB and invited people to my basement. One customer after one, I began to hear, “my friend told me about you, she had ordered the bridesmaid dresses from you and they loved it.”

Yes, that’s how it all started, in the last 12 years, I also studied and picked up skills and gain experiences as a florist and wedding hair and makeup artist. I wanted to create a “one -stop” concept, a space where people can find multiple bridal services with reasonable prices and only deal with one person.

My business grew out of my basement, in 2022, I started La Rose. It was a big scary step to take. But I am so glad that I have this space to share my passion and creativity with all my clients.

From hundreds of positive feed backs I have received from my clients, I feel so happy and honoured to have their trust and belief in me to help them achieve their dream weddings. This is truly why I get so excited to wakeup every morning to be able to put smiles on other’s faces.
